Wallpaper Returns & Refund Policy

All wallpaper is ordered specifically for each individual customer and supplied from designated batch numbers. For this reason, we are unable to offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for:

• Change of mind.
• Over-ordered or incorrectly ordered products.
• Under-ordering that results in colour or batch variations when additional rolls are purchased at a later date.

If you are unsure about the colour, pattern, or finish, we strongly recommend purchasing a sample before placing your order.

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or amended.

Please inspect your wallpaper carefully before hanging. Wallpaper cannot be refunded, exchanged, or replaced once it has been hung. If you notice any faults or defects, do not install the wallpaper. Contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and arrange a refund or replacement where appropriate.

While we take great care in packaging all orders, if a product arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and we will be happy to assist with a refund or replacement.

We do not accept responsibility for, or offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on, faults or damage arising from installation or incorrect hanging.

Please ensure you carefully read and follow the hanging instructions provided on the wallpaper label before installation.

Any costs associated with an approved return or exchange for reasons other than a faulty product will be the responsibility of the purchaser and will incur a 20% restocking fee.
